I’m Heather, clinical herbalist and teacher here to meet you where you are and guide you further along your healing journey. 

Over the last twenty years, I’ve witnessed firsthand the profound levels of transformation that can happen when we allow plants to support the healing capabilities we hold within ourselves. 

Plants provide us with nourishment in ways our bodies can easily recognize and assimilate because we share the same origins–we’ve evolved from the very same intelligence.  

I honor this intelligence by matching plants and people together to create synergistic relationships that restore balance where it’s needed. From my perspective plants are friends and teachers- our allies in healing. They are purposeful much like people.

My work addresses the symptomatic surface as well as the source of what imbalances us. I treat the mind, body, and spirit as deeply interconnected systems for a truly holistic approach to health.

I offer 1:1 herbal and energy medicine consultations to help you cultivate the root of well-being so you can enjoy your life to its fullest. The most important part of healthcare is the "care" component--care that includes listening to and fully seeing the client. While symptoms and patterns can appear the same, the deeper story is always unique and important as it reveals the path.
