Herbal Support for Women’s Health: Throughout Life’s Seasons
Women have relied on herbs for reproductive health since the beginning of time. In this class we’ll explore the most common, safe, time tested herbal allies that support common imbalances in women’s reproductive health and beyond. From PMS and cramps to hot flashes — we’ll taste and learn about a variety of herbal preparations and dosage methods plus a few relevant topical applications that can resolve troublesome symptoms.
Herbal Medicine Making 101
Come join Heather for a hands-on basic herbal preparations course. Learn about time-tested methods and recipes for making your own teas, tinctures, oils, and salves. As usual, there will be samples to taste PLUS you’ll go home with 3 lovely herbal products of your own and easy to follow hand-outs so you can DIY at home!

Our warmest weather may be a ways off but we'll explore ways to keep your body balanced in the heat along with specific remedies for digestion and cardio-vascular health during this time-- cordials and breezy summer tea tasting included!
Walking the Seasons: Spring
This season of renewal can bring many different kinds of imbalances to the fore. We'll focus on herbal remedies to support seasonal allergies, liver cleansing, and general ways to support our health through times of transition as we move into warmer weather. We'll energize our taste buds with a cleansing spring salad and beverage!
Walking the Seasons: Winter
Winter: This class will focus on supporting immune health along with the qualities and needs of the Water element in our bodies during this time. Kidney/bladder health, hydration, and helping our adrenals feel less stress will be part of our conversation along with tasting Elderberry Elixir and Fire Cider.

Autumn: An exploration of plants and natural remedies to support the Metal element. This will include tasting and discussing preparations for the respiratory system, seasonal allergies, and lower bowel health.
